Yesterday I promised a post on Nassau Coliseum, NIMBYs and the Homevoter Hypothesis. Well, in order to post that, I needed a book I have on Land Use Law. When I sat down to write the post at 9:30, I discovered that I had already packed my book away and moved that box to my new apartment. So I don't have the book I need to write that post. Also, since it is already late and I have oral argument tomorrow morning for which I still have to prepare, I don't have enough time to switch gears and come up with a new topic.
Sorry for the growing pains of the blog. Please just bear with me as I figure out how to do this properly and better manage my time. Thanks, and I'm sorry.
